by Toni Storer A charming new book of tatting from Toni Storer of Australia which has 20 pages of full color easy to read diagrams and photos. Her step by step directions include explanations on how to prepare the tatted flowers and assemble them as wire-stemmed blossoms for a bouquet. As simple as a sunflower and as delicate as an unfurled rose, these wonderful garden flowers are so realistic you can sense their fragrance. An important part of 3-D flower tatting is the often overlooked leaf. Here are presented 6 types of leaves to match every flower.
| It was so hard to choose a favorite to display here so I had to choose two! But my very favorite flower in the book is a daffodil done in deep apricot pink with a trumpet of lighter apricot. Oh for a "host" of these to brighten my day! What new goodies will appear from our "earthy" tatter? Great work!
