This is a collection of 10 tatted snowflakes. All of them are pretty, and the designer gave them fun, whimsical names (such as Kaleidoscope, Grandma's String of Pearls, Frosted Flower) that add to the enjoyment of making them. None of the snowflakes are too difficult to make. Patterns are written in short form and include a diagram. Thread size used for making the photographed samples and finished size of those samples is given. The beginning of the book includes a list of abbreviations used and some additional tips (how to read the patterns, CTM, and stuff like that). There is a 1-page list of suggestions for how to use your snowflakes at the end of the book. My favorite use was to use a big thread size, stiffen the snowflakes really hard, and use them for coasters, but the other ideas are also good.

Notes about typoes are welcomed. All are encouraged to send in book reviews and a thumbprint photo (100x100) of the cover. Book reviews in non-English languages and about non-English language tatting books are needed.
This is joint project sponsored by the online tatting class. All tatters are welcome to join us.
