Tina Neudorf's "Needle Tatting From the Heart"

The new book of designs published by Handy Hands contains 12 patterns designed by Tina Neudorf. These patterns are traditional types which may be tatted with either the shuttle or the needle. Four full color pages of photos are included to teach three methods of adding beads to needle tatting and the needle-tatted split ring. Excellent practice patterns for the beginning tatter and several will challenge the intermediate tatter, too.

Sample of pattern style. Also presented in the book is an edging pattern which has two colors of thread in action joining rings and chains and joining to the cloth. This two color work requires two needles. The models are well photographed, too. Beads and buttons are used in several patterns including the celtic style doily. A charming tatting book.
