R 3 + 3 - 3 - 3 CH 3 - 3 - 3
R 4 + (to long picot) 3 - 3 -- 4 CH 3 - 3 - 3
R 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 (This ring is NOT joined to anything yet) CH 4 - 4 - 4
R 3 + 3 - 6 CH 4 - 4 R 3 + 3 + (to long picot)3 - 3 *CH 4 - 4

Repeat from * once. Cut and finish ends.


The "O"

(center picot of chains 1, 3, 5, 7 are not joined)
Repeat between ** 6 more times, joining center picot of chains 2 and 4 to picot on rings on bottom of one M. Also, join center picot of chains 6 and 8 to picot on upper chains of second M. See scan for correct placement. Cut and finish ends.
