Holly sent this scan to me and asked, "Can this be adapted to split rings?" After one look at all the loose ends hanging about, I replied "YES!" Since Valentine's Day was nearly upon us, I then put out a call for a helper to tat the model. Lily Morales came to the rescue. So Lily and I redesigned the heart for us to study here in class.

During the diagramming process, Lily became inspired and modified the basic heart pattern into a superb heart-shaped bookmark with tassel!. She did a magnificent job with photos for all the steps and has prepared the step by step instructions with stitch counts. Terrific work, Lily!
