Repeat from the beginning 3 more times, with the 1st R of each cloverleaf joining to the adjacent small R and the 3rd R of the previous cloverleaf. The 2nd R’s of the cloverleaves in the center are also joined to the long picot.

Quick tips:
All large R’s are 6 * 6 * 6 * 6
All small R’s are 5 * 5 * 5
All CH’s are 10 ds
The only unjoined picots are at the center of the outward facing cloverleaves.
