Repeat from * around. Join last chain to top of first ring.
Ring is joined to picots on Round 11 with 4 ds between.

Round 13:

CH 7 - 7 + 7 - 7 + 6 - 6, cl, rw. (first join is on picot from Round 12, second join is to middle picot of last clover ring).
R 5 + 5 - 5, cl, rw (join to side picot of middle clover ring).
