PattyD: The difference is that Overcrocheted Picots uses a separate thread to crochet into each picot, while interlaced picots draw each picot loop through the previous picot loop.

Winkerbill: I try to make my stitches invisible as much as possible and if it's sewn to the edge of something but the tatting is actually ON the fabric, I stitch every picot down (which can be a real pain when there are tons of picots)
