thread in WHITE.
Halo = R 12 picots separated by 3 ds
Mail the wings only to the convention folks, please.

This pattern is being used to create the wings for the tassel angels for the IOLI 2007 convention. Our host group is the Lacemakers Guild of Oklahoma.
Site is the Southern Hills Marriott in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Airport destination is the Tulsa International Airport (TUL).
Dates are July 29- August 4, 2007.
Theme is "2007 Lace Heaven."
Committee Chairpersons are Kelly Edwards and Debby Beever.

To make your own tassel angel glue halo to crown, pull tassel hanger up thru halo. Take 10" ribbon and bring an end thru the wings on either side of the 9" back chain and to the front tie in bow. Size 20 thread with size 3.5" tassel.
