ENCAPSULATION OR WORKING WITH MULTIPLE THREADS IS NOT THE LEAST BIT HARD Not sure how it will be if I actually do the pattern. :) IF YOU HAVE 3 ORMORE SHUTTLES JUST KNOT THE TAILS TOGETHER AND THE PRACTICE BY WRAPPING, THAT MEANS MANIPULATING THE THREAD FROM THE WORKING SHUTTLE AROUND THE OTHER TAILS AS IF YOU WERE WRAPPING THE BOTTOM HALF OF A SPLIT RING YOU CAN HLD YOUR HAND IN SEVRAL POSITIONS DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH THERE IS TO WRAP IF I AM GOING TO BRING THE OTHER SHUTTLES OUT OF THE BUNDLE 12I think I need to think this over and do some tests. THIS ENCAPSULATION SUER BINA THIS METHOD OF ENCAPSULATION IS THE SAME AS IF YOU WERE MAKING A PEARL TATTING CHAIN If I need to add a thread to a chain, I take the new thread end and make it longer ADN THROWINF OFF PICOTS OR RINGS ON EACH SIDE OF THE CHAIN so I can wrap it on my pinkie lay it along the core in the pinch so I have two threads there I do not knot the thread instead I just start making larks head knots over the two threads the core and the new thread both 12hhmm, lol the first half stitch locks the thread in place and then the wrapping over both the core and the thread end lets me continue CLEAR AS PEA SOUP EH SUSANNE? in this case if the color of the thread is the same 12Yes, lol ITI S HARD SOMETIMES TO VISUALIZE THAT WE ARE TYPING I KNOW then i can switch the thread that is in the core with the thread that was making the stitches I THINK THE ABILITY TO SWITCH THE THREADS IN AND OUT OF THE BUNDLE its the same princple as when you make a ring and hide the end in the first few stitches but flip the stitches IS WHAT MAKES THIS SO CREATIVE YOU CAN MAKE ALL KINDOF FREE-FORM ELEMENTS IN ALL KINDS OF COLORS the first half stitch on the chain looks the same as the one in the ring when you have more than one color you have to plan more though 12Can't I just add a chain and put the beads on that chain, lol 12Sorry to be so duh that I do not get it, lol LOL there are always more than one way to skin the cat SUSANNE I think I'm going to have to practice.
