Classic Wheel

OK, I am stumped! I have seen this with my own eyes but without my glasses. This is a fragment of a piece in progress which is made with the classic wheel pattern. It was made using 2 shuttles but no chains. No ball thread. It climbs from one wheel to the other. The threads have not been cut for a restart. Can you chart the path?

Center ring 12 picots separated by 2 DS
small rings 6 + (join to picot of center ring) 6
large outer ring 6 + 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 2 - 6

wheels attach at middle picot of an outer ring

Lily Morales' solution. Diagram has several errors! Sorry, the joins should join each wheel to the others so four joins evenly divided means every third ring should join across.
Any questions? You are welcome to email me.
