Original sample done with Blue & Red Floreta #20 (a new thread by Coats marketed in the UK) and 90 small white beads.
The centre rings have a double bead on the side picot with the following ring joined beneath the beads. Then the outside chains are joined between these two beads.

Abbreviations:
TB Triple beaded picot
2B 2 beads on picot PLUS a small space - use a picot gauge after the second bead to judge even spacing

Centre Shuttle with red & 35 beads, Shuttle with blue & 6 beads
R: 2 <2B>, 4 4 <2B> 2 clr RW
* CH: 2, B, 2, RW
R: 2, j (below <2B> of last R) 4, 4 <2B> 2 Clr RW ** Repeat * to ** 5 more times

Last Ring:
R: 2, j (below <2B> of last R) 4, 4 j (below <2B> of first R) 2
CH: 2, B, 2
C & T

Round 1 using Blue shuttle & ball with 49 beads on ball:
* CH: 6, B, 3, B, 3 3, B, 3, B, 6, j (between 2 beads on p of Rís of first round). Repeat all round C & T.
