Requires 2 tatting shuttles. String beads onto tatting thread and wind onto both shuttles. Recommend using DMC 12 thread.

R2 (requires 9 beads on knotting (ring) thread): 3ds; J; 2ds; 3B separated by 2ds; 2ds; 3/1B; 2ds; 3B separated by 2ds; 2ds; P; 3ds; CL.
R3 (requires 9 beads on knotting (ring) thread): 3ds; J; 2ds; 3B separated by 2ds; 2ds; P; 2ds; 6B separated by 2ds; 2ds; CL; RW.
CROWN:
C1: 3ds; P; 2ds; 3/3B; 2ds; 3/3B; 2ds
Using shuttle 2. R4 (requires 5 beads on knotting (ring) thread): 3ds; 1B; 2ds; 3/1B; 2ds; 1B; 3ds; CL.
Using shuttle 1: C2: 2ds; 3/3B; 2ds; 3/3B; 2ds; P; 3ds; RW.
Continue to repeat Cloverleaf and Crown patterns until desired length is achieved. NOTE: substitute join in place of the 1st picot in the first ring of the cloverleaf motifs and the 1st picot of the chains.
